Northern Nomad project has come a long way since its conception in 2016 by Professor Bucking. Over the course of the project students truly took the responsibility to design systems, source materials and products, install and build systems, market the project, and even secure funding and establish industry partnerships. Being student-driven is glorious, but also means that during the school year everyone goes back to studies and the project does not make much progress.
Every passer-by asks if the house is finished yet. I tell them not yet – and here’s what’s left to do for the completion of the house.
